   its high time, probably, its the highest time that the powers-that-be, sittin in the corridors of governance in bbsr, took cognizance of the fact that, while they are all the while crying of step-motherly treatment being meted out to orissa by the centre, they themselves are no less guilty of accusations on the same count, albeit inside the state. substitute, western orissa for orissa and centre with bbsr, what we see is a systematic campaign of deprivation and neglect western orissa is subjected to. so blatant, so in your in-your-face is the govt’s attitude that any rational person would burst his brains marvelling at the fact, that this is the same govt voted back with a two thirds majority and tasked to oversee the development of this state. whether to oversee the development of the state, or the development of bbsr solely at heavy price to other areas of the state, that the administrators themselves know. and the govt hopes that MAOISTS just vanish into thin air overnight, as if they never were there at the first place. MAY GOD SAVE ORISSA, but the govt will surely save bbsr. amen.

   The situation is worst in case of Southern Odisha. We should not forget that too. It is the Soutern Odisha and South-Western part of Odisha is in the highest order of negligence.

   yes, agreeing completely with the generalisation made above, the govt will pull out all stops to save bbsr, n god’s mercy may save the rest of orissa.

   frankly, it quite bothers a rational person’s mind to see all the work goin on in the state capital at the expense of other areas in the state. has the rest of orissa committed a cardinal sin by being a part of the state called orissa, by voting this govt to power for an unprecedented third consecutive time with another unprecedented two-thirds majority? did they sin anywhere? no, but they surely sinned against themselves, for now, they are doomed, to pass their lives in the same status quo that they have been seeing for years. i am a native of coastal orissa, i make no bones of this fact. and born n brought up, i was, in western orissa. its not that my mind breaks apart which region to support, am at no crossroads. its quite crystal clear where my loyalties lie. the monumental developmental work concentrated solely in puri, cuttack, khurda, ganjam wont settle a silent bystanders mind n heart into a peaceful sleep. a company establishes its factory in western orissa, but ir will establish the university it proposes in coastal orissa. planned development is a right, a sloe right to be enjoyed by the blue eyed citizens of capital city. every one else in the state is a sinner, for having voted a govt with such blind trust, that even jfk would be surprised, if a subversion of democracy took place. and the result, concentrate even more developmental work in bbsr. the rest of the state can go to compost pit. just make evrything here, the people are fools. educational institutions, all of them in bbsr. all the students should come to bbsr for studyin make the economy of bbsr to just go boooooooooooom. drain all the finances of the state to bbsr, by hook or crook. berhampur became a corporation. by same measure, rourkela, sambalpur ought to have become corporation a long time ago. just take rourkela n rajganagpur n make them into twin city corporation, or take hirakud, sambalpur n burla n establish a triplet city corporation. y only ctc n bbsr. high time the govt did a bit of out of box thinking, forward its objectives to al parts of the state, n if it still respects the mandate awarded to it, the esi hospital at rkl would be a measure that will bw repaid by rourkelites in multiple times. let the light of truth prevail n the govt be led into a world of enlightening wisdom.
   P.S.-i kno this is an utopian prayer, but what’s the harm. even these discussions are utopian. i go with the rest, god save this state dont worry about bbsr, govt will.
