1. Membership

1.1. Register of members: The membership committee or any person designated by Board of Advisors will maintain a register of the members which will be available to the members.

1.2. Cessation of membership: A person ceases to be a member of OdiSA if the person dies, or resigns that membership or is expelled unless otherwise readmitted. There is no refund of membership fee(s) in such scenario.

1.3. Resignation of membership: A member of OdiSA may resign from the membership of the Organization by giving notice assigning reasons for doing so to the membership committee. The resignation has to be approved by the Board of Advisors, after which the information has to be circulated among the General Body. Once approved by Board of Advisors the resignation is complete and the member must hand over all the work and documents, whatsoever of OdiSA to the appropriate person as may be authorized by Board of Advisors.
